How we work together

01 Tell us what success looks like

Share the use case, approximate dimensions, loads or operating conditions, target quantity, timeline, and any existing drawings or reference products.

02 Shape a buildable design

AeroMech works through the engineering and CAD needed for the agreed scope, with fabrication considerations included early.

03 Make it real

LEVEL 08 builds a suitable composite prototype to an agreed design and project scope.

04 Learn, refine, and move forward

We review the agreed inspection or test results, identify changes, and discuss the right next step—another iteration or a plan for production.

Quality is more than a final look-over

A successful build starts with everyone working from the same requirements. For your project, we can define drawing revisions, fabrication checkpoints, inspections, and final acceptance criteria in the scope of work. This helps make the process transparent: what we are building, what we are checking, and what
you will receive.
If your product needs specific documentation, third-party testing, or regulatory approval, let us know up
front so those requirements can be addressed explicitly in the project plan.

FAQ

I only have an idea. Is that enough?

Yes. Tell us what problem the product solves and what it needs to do. We can discuss the information and engineering work needed to get started.

Can you build just one prototype?

Possibly. Share the size, complexity, purpose, and material requirements, and we can assess whether a one-off composite build is a fit.

Can you manufacture the final product too?

For suitable composite projects, yes. We can discuss tooling, expected volumes, schedule, and the steps required to move beyond the prototype.

What testing is included?

That depends on the product. We will agree on test methods, responsibilities, documentation, and acceptance criteria as part of the project scope.

Stop wondering if it can be built.

Let’s find out what it will take. Send AeroMech your concept, drawings, or product requirements, and tell
us what you want your first prototype to prove.
